Macaroni Salad

Macaroni Salad
Ingredients 
Macaroni             1 cup boiled
Carrot                   ½ cup
Green pees        ½ cup (muttor)
Capsicum             ¾ cup
Pineapple            ½ cup
Mayonnaise       as needed
Cream beated   as needed
Kishmish              ½ cup   
Apple                     ½ cup
Grapes                   ½ cup
Salt                        as needed
Black pepper         as needed
Procedure:
Mix mayo and cream in a bowl and then add salt +black pepper .Mix all above in this paste. Serve cold.



Thai Egg Salad

Thai Egg Salad
Ingredients 
Eggs                8 half boiled and cutted in small cubes
Carrot              1 jullian cut
Lemon juice     4 tbsp
Onion               1 jullian cut
Olive oil          1 tbsp
Mint leaves      2 tbsp (podinay k pattay)
Salt                   as needed

Mix them all and serve it cold and enjoy the fresh salad.

Russian Salad

Russian Salad

Ingredients
Potato                  1 cup boiled
Carrot                   ¼ cup
Green peas        ½ cup boiled
Chicken                ½ cup boiled cubed (optional)
Cream+mayo     as needed to mix in
Salt+black ppr as needed
Procedure:

Mix all above. Serve cold.

Kachomar Salad

Kachomar Salad
ingredients
Carrot                  1 cup
Cabbage              1 cup
Cucumber           1 cup
Tomato                                ½ cup
Onion                    ½ cup
Capsicum             ½ cup
Lemon juice       2 tbsp
Salt                         as needed
Black pepper      as needed
Mint leaves        2 tbsp
Procedure

Mix all above and cut all above in small pieces like kachomar.

Chinese Rice

Chinese Rice
Ingredients
Rice                     1 cup
Onion                   ½ small cube cutting
Green peas           ½ cup boiled
Cabbage               ¼ cup
Carrot                  1 small cube cutting
Capsicum             ½ small cube cutting (shimla mirch)
Oil                       as needed
Salt                      as needed
Black pepper      as needed (powdered)
Green chilies      3 Julian cutting
 Eggs                   2
Soya sauce          2 tbsp
Vinegar               1 tbsp
Procedure:
Firstly boil the rice .not fully cooked but halfly done (one kanni). And stain them. In a bawl take eggs and put some salt and yellow food color a pinch and mix it well and fry it like a plain roti. And then cut it in Julian cutting g and separate it.
Now take a pan and put some oil in it and stir fry all the vegetables and put them aside.
Now take a deep pan and pour all the rice in it and then put all the fried vegetables +salt +black pepper .Now mix it well and then add soya sauce and vinegar and green chilies+ egg slices and then put it on slow flame (dum)until the rice are fully cooked.   NOTE: Don’t fully fry all vegetables but just sotay them


SPECIAL CHICKEN PALAO

SPECIAL CHICKEN PALAO

Ingredients:
Rice                                    ½ kg
Onion                                  1
Ginger garlic paste            3 tbsp (adrak lehsan ka paste)
Pickle                                 1 tbsp (achaar)
Whole spices                     1 tbsp (sabit garam masla thora sa)
Salt                                     as needed
Black pepper                      8 seeds
Curry leaves                       2 leaves( curry pata)
Chicken                              ½ kg
Tomato                               3
Curd                                   ¼ cup(yogurt, dahee)
Cumin seeds                      1 ½ tbsp (zeera)
Dry coriander                    2 tbsp grinned (khushk dhaniya)
Aloo Bukhara                    10 pieces
Qasoori methi                   ½ tsp
Oil                                     ¼ cup
Green chilies                      8
Procedure:
Marinate chicken with salt and vinegar for 10 mins and then wash it and boil it by adding salt and turmeric.
Soak rice for half hour.
Take a pan and heat oil and fry onion till its light golden and then add whole spices and fry till the smell is aroused. Then add yogurt and ginger garlic paste and tomatoes. Cook it till the tomatoes are softened. Then add chicken and add black pepper+ salt+ curry leaves+ khushk dhaniya+ zeera &  cook them till the chicken becomes golden brown. Then add  ginger Julian cutted  +aloo bukharay+ qasoori methi+ green chilies and cook it for 2 mins. now add water, when the boil comes add rice and put it on medium flame.

When rice is fully cooked add grinned ilachi powder a pinch. Here your yummy special chicken palao is ready. Serve it hot with raita.

Almond cake

Almond cake

Ingredients
Butter                     1 cup
Eggs                       4
Flour                     ½ cup
Baking powder     1 tsp
Almonds              1 cup (crushed)
Sugar                    1 cup
Food color           yellow pinch
Vanilla essence    ¼ tsp
Procedure:

Beat butter and sugar up till they become smooth .Then start adding eggs one by one. and again (fluffy).then add essence and food color and then add almonds and then add already stained baking powder and flour. Now fold it in one direction .then pour this mixture in already prepared mold and bake it in the pre heated oven at 120c for 30 mins.

Cole Slaw Salad

Cole Slaw Salad
Ingredients
Cabbage (band gobhee)               ½ cup ( bareek lambi cutting )(Julian cut)
Onion                                                    ¼ cup(Julian)
Carrot                                                   1 julian cut in length
Cream+mayo                                     1 cup

Mix them all. You may add  salt as to taste.

Lahori Special Haleem

Lahori Special Haleem:
Follow the step wise procedure with ingredients.
Step 1:
Ingredients:
Channay ki daal                 1 cup (1 pao)
Mong ki daal                      ½ cup (1/2 pao)
Masoor ki daal                   ½ cup (1/2 pao)
Mash ki daal                       ½ cup (1/2 pao)
Porridge (daliya)               1 cup  (1 pao)
Rice                                    ½ cup (1/2 pao)
Procedure:
Soak them all for whole night and next morning boil them separately. after boiling it put them in a casserole(deep patili) and mix all the above. Mix them with hand beater until they all are mixed well. now follow the next step and here are the ingredients:
Step 2
Ingredients:
Mutton                                ½ kg
Water                                as required
Garam Masala                  1 tbsp (All spices)
Ginger garlic paste           2Tbsp (adrak lehsan ka paste)
Red Chili                          1 tbsp (laal mirch)
Turmeric powder             1 Tbsp (haldi)
Black pepper                    1 ½ tsp (kaali mirch powder)
Dry coriander                   1 tbsp (khushk dhaniya)
Salt                                   as required
Put them all in the pressure cooker until the mutton is fully cooked that you can mash it with hands..and then follow the next procedure
Step 3
Ingredients:
Oil                                                    2 cup
Ginger garlic paste                           2 tbsp
Grinded red chilies                          2 Tbsp
Green chilies paste                          1 Tbsp
Black pepper powder                     1 tbsp
Tomato                                            250 gm(1 pao)
Salt                                                  as needed
Dry coriander+cumin seeds            1 Tbsp (khushk dhaniya and zeera grind kia hoa)
Procedure:
Take a pan and put oil in it and now add ginger garlic paste and sotay it until you smell it and then start adding red chili+green chilies paste+black pepper powder and then tomatoes and salt+coriander and cumin powder. Cook them until the oil separates and then add the cooked mutton shredded.and cook it very well again and when you see that all masala and mutton is mixed well then separate the oil in bawl and add the mixed daal in that mixture and again keep the flame medium and mix them all until they all are mixed.then add lemon juice .after that add this(1/2 cup water +1tbsp bhonay hoay channay).cook this until the thick mixture is ready.here your haleem is ready.
Garnishing:

At the time of serving you pour the separated oil on haleem +green coriander(hara dhaniya)+brown onion ½ cup+green chilies Julian cutting. That’s it. Serve haleem with hot naan. if you have any queries you may ask.and if you want any recipe do tell me I will upload that.

Cold Cake(no baking)

Cold cake
Ingredients:
1)      Butter unsalted                   1/2 cup (1 tbsp less)
2)       Egg                                    1
3)      Coco powder                     2 tbsp
4)      Grinned sugar                     ¼ cup
5)      Vanilla essence                  1 tsp
6)      Marry biscuits                    1 packet(grinned)
7)      Butter paper                       as required
Procedure:
Make the mixture: butter+ egg+ coco powder+ grinned sugar+ vanilla essence.mix them well and pour it on the grinned biscuits and mix it. Pour this mixture in the cake mold and settle it, or you may wrap it in  the butter paper and roll it and then put it in the freezer overnight.. your cold cake is ready you don’t need to bake it. Enjoy it .you may add nuts in it.

Banana Bread

Banana bread
Ingredients:
1)unsalted butter            ½+1/4 cup.                         
2)sugar                           1 cup (grinned)
3)eggs                             5
4)flour(maida)                ½ cup
5)baking powder             ½ tsp
6)salt                               ½ tsp
7)bananas                        3 medium
Procedure:
  • ·         Beat butter with sugar.mix well.
  • ·         After beating for about 10 mins. start adding eggs one by one and keep beating until It fluffs.
  • ·         Take another bawl and mix flour and baking powder.stain the mixture 3 times and then add this dry mixture in the above mixture.again beat the mixture .
  • ·         Now add the mashed bananas In this mixture .
  • ·         Now prepare the rectangular mold. oil the mold and sprinkle some flour on it and pour the mixture into the mold.
  • ·         Put this mold in pre-heated oven at 160c for 20 minutes.check the bread by pricking it with toothpick.if it come out dry it means the bread is ready otherwise give it some more time.
  • ·         Your banana bread is ready.

Spicy Chawmin

Spicy Chawmin
Ingredients:
oil                               4 Tbsp
ginger garlic paste      1 Tbsp
onion                           one normal size
soya sauce                  1 Tbsp
vinegar                       1 Tbsp
flour                           2 Tbsp
black pepper              1 tbsp
carrot                         2 medium
capsicum                    2 medium
green chilies               4 (Julian cutting)
cabbage                      1 cup
crushed red chili        1 Tbsp
chili sauce                  1 Tbsp
honey                          1 Tsp
noodles(spaghetti)     1/2 packet
salt                             as required
Preparation Method:
take a pan and add some oil and heat it now add ginger garlic paste and heat it for a half minute and then add onion and sotay it.now start adding soya sauce, vinegar, and then flour now cook it for a minute and then add black pepper powder, salt, carrots, capsicum, green chilies, cabbage and then add crushed red chilies, and chili sauce .cook this all at high flame for just two minutes and then add boiled spaghetti and then add honey at last.and again cook it on high flame for a minute.now switch off the flame and here your spicy chawmin is ready to eat.

Sweet And Sour Chicken Wings

Sweet And Sour Chicken Wings
Ingredients:
Chicken wings                   1 kg
Ginger garlic paste            1 Tbsp
Soya sauce                         1 Tbsp
Vinegar                              2 Tbsp
All purpose flour               2 Tbsp
Corn flour                          2 Tbsp
Mustard powder                1 Tsp
Baking powder                  1 Tsp
Dry coriander                    1 Tbsp
Oil                                     ½ cup
Ketchup                             1 cup     
Brown sugar                      1 Tbsp
Black pepper                     1 Tsp
All purpose flour               1 Tsp
Soya sauce                         1 Tsp
Pinapple juice                    1 cup
Salt                                    pinch
Chili sauce                       1 Tsp
Preparation method: take a pan and add chicken wings, garlic ginger paste, 1 Tbsp soya sauce, vinegar .heat it on medium flame until the chicken water is completely dried. Now switch off the flame and let the chicken cold. Now proceed to the next step of making batter for these chicken wings. For making batter you need 2 Tbsp all purpose flour(maida),and corn flour, mustard powder, baking powder, dry coriander(khushk dhaniya) you may add some water but keep the batter thick. Now coat the chicken wings one by one and then fry them.

Sauce: now make the sauce for chicken wings. take a pan add two tablespoons of oil and then add ketchup ,brown sugar, black pepper powder, 1 tsp all purpose flour(maida), 1 tsp soya sauce, pineapple juice,salt,chili sauce..When you see its consistency and then add chicken wings.

Singaporean Rice





Singaporean Rice
Step One:
Fried Chicken (Ingredients)
Boneless chicken                 ½ kg (small cubes)
Egg                                        1
Baking powder                     ½ Tsp
All purpose flour                 1Tbsp
Corn flour                            1 Tbsp
Salt                                        1Tsp
Black Pepper                        1 Tsp (crushed)
Crushed red chilies             1Tsp
Marinate chicken in these ingredients and fry the chicken pieces one by one in the frying pan .dont pour the whole marination in the frying oil. After frying put this fried chicken aside. Now come to the second procedure ingredients:
Step two:
Vegetable mix (ingredients)
Capsicum                               2 normal size (cube shaped cutting)
Onion                                     2 normal size (cube shaped cutting)
Cabbage                                 1 cup (chopped or Julian)
Ginger garlic paste               1Tbsp
Green chilies                        5
Carrot+green peas              1 cup (peas boiled)
Spaghetti or shell macaroni               1cup
Salt                                                        ½ Tsp
Black pepper                                        1/2Tsp
Crushed red chilies                             1Tsp
Take a pan and add 4 Tbsp of oil and then heat it. Put carrot and stir fry it for one minute and then add onion and capsicum and cabbage and stir fry them for a minute on high flame and at the same time add salt+black pepper+crushed red chili powder+spaghetti or shell macaroni and switch off the flame. Put it aside.
Step Three:
Sauce:
4 Tbsp Mayonnaise+4 Tbsp ketchup+one tablespoon vinegar .Mix them and put it aside.
Step four:
Rice:
Boil ½ kg rice and stain water.
Preparation method:
Take a flat platter and dish out the rice on it then pour the sauce on it and then place vegetable mix on it and at last put the fried chicken pieces at the time of serving and fried garlic and ginger and green chilies julienne cut.
Here your Singaporean rice is ready.
Serving:
This is for at least 6 persons.

PEPPER CHICKEN RECIPIE



Pepper chicken
Ingredients:
Olive oil                          2tbsps
Onion                               ½ cup (chopped)
Green chilies                    3(paste)
Green coriander               2 tbsp (chopped)
Chicken                            1 kg (12 pieces)
Ginger +Garlic paste        2 Tbsp
Black pepper                    25-30 seeds (crush them)
Mustard Powder              1Tsp
Soya Sauce                         2 Tbsp
Salt                                     1 Tsp (heaped)
Plain yogurt                        1 cup (curd)
Method:
Firstly marinate chicken: In a bowl add chicken+onion+green coriander+green chillies+ginger+garlic paste+black pepper+mustard powder +soya sauce+salt. Marinate this chicken for at least 2 hours or for better results you may keep it overnight in the fridge.
In second step take a pan and heat olive oil and then add this marination and add curd. Cook till the mixture is wholly dried and then you may dish out in a platter. garnish it with green coriander.
Serving:
This is for six persons and you may serve it with hot naan or tandoori roti and green chatni.
