Chinese Rice
Ingredients
Rice 1
cup
Onion ½
small cube cutting
Green peas ½ cup
boiled
Cabbage ¼
cup
Carrot 1
small cube cutting
Capsicum ½
small cube cutting (shimla mirch)
Oil as
needed
Salt as
needed
Black pepper as
needed (powdered)
Green chilies 3 Julian
cutting
Eggs 2
Soya sauce 2
tbsp
Vinegar 1
tbsp
Procedure:
Firstly boil the rice .not fully cooked but halfly done (one
kanni). And stain them. In a bawl take eggs and put some salt and yellow food
color a pinch and mix it well and fry it like a plain roti. And then cut it in
Julian cutting g and separate it.
Now take a pan and put some oil in it and stir fry all the
vegetables and put them aside.
Now take a deep pan and pour all the rice in it and then put
all the fried vegetables +salt +black pepper .Now mix it well and then add soya
sauce and vinegar and green chilies+ egg slices and then put it on slow flame
(dum)until the rice are fully cooked. NOTE:
Don’t fully fry all vegetables but just sotay them
