Lahori Palak Gosht (Spinach Mutton)

Lahori Palak Gosht (Spinach Mutton)
Ingredients:
Spinach ................... 3 whole bunches
Mutton .................... 1 kg
Cumin ....................1 tsp(roasted and crushed)
Dry Coriander........1 tsp(roasted and crushed)
Onion...................... 2 medium sized
Garlic.......................whole bunch
Ginger+green chili paste.................3 tbsp
Black pepper seeds..........................4-5
Cinnamon sticks...............................3(small)
Cardamom........................................ 2
Turmeric powder..............................1 tsp
Red chili powder..............................½ tbsp
Salt...................................................1 tbsp or as needed
Procedure:

Firstly prepare the mutton stew. For this add mutton +water as to cook mutton+ Cumin+ Dry Coriander+ Onion+ Garlic+ Ginger+  green chili paste+ Black pepper seeds+ Cinnamon sticks + Cardamom+ Turmeric powder+ Red chili powder+ Salt. Put this whole material and spices in pressure cooker and make the mutton tender. On the other hand wash the spinach (palak) and boil it till the color is changed and then grind it or chop it in the chopper...then take a deep pan and pour oil in it and then add the spinach in it and you may add one stick of cinnamon in it and then fry that till the color of spinach is changed to dark green. And then add the mutton and the stew in it and cook it till the oil is separated .the consistency should not be thick. You may add milk in it about ½ cup. And then again put it on Dum by covering the pan for 15 mins on very low flame. Here your delicious palak gosht is ready.
Serving:6-8 people. You may serve it with white rice/brown rice /chicken pulao or roti

Mutton Karrahi

Mutton karahi:
Mutton karahi is the most popular dish in Pakistan especially in Lahore,and it's specially serve mostly on some traditional days.This is a traditional dish.there are so many ways to cook it. i will tell you the simple and delicious recipe.
Ingredients:
1) Mutton..............1 kg
2) Onion................2 medium
3) Garlic................1 whole
4)  Ginger...............1 Tbsp (paste)
5) Tomato...............5 medium(puree)
6) Cinnamon stick....................1 inch
7) Cumin..................................1/2 tbsp
8) whole coriander seeds........1/2 tbsp(crushed)
9) Black pepper......................1/2 tsp
10) Red chili powder............1/2 tbsp
11) Salt...................................1/2 Tbsp(as per taste)
12) Turmeric powder.............1/2 Teaspoon
13) Green coriander .............1 cup
14) Green Chilies...................4
15) Ginger..............................(julian cutting) 1 tbsp
Procedure:
if you want to cook quickly ,made it in pressure cooker it will take only 15 minutes. take pressure cooker and add 3 glasses of water or you may alter the quantity of water depending on your pressure quality.then add mutton+onion sliced+garlic cloves+ginger paste+tomato puree+cinnamon stick+cumin+coriander powder+black pepper+red chili powder+salt+turmeric powder and close the lid and put it on high flame for 12 to 13 minutes until the mutton tenderize.then close the flame and open lid.the water should be minimum.then put one cup oil in it and cook the mutton gravy until the mutton water is dried and the whole masala is thickened. now add chopped coriander and Julian cutting green chilies and Julian cut as a garnishing and then dish out the mutton karahi. Here the simple and easy karahi is ready
Serving:
6 people can eat it with naan or roti or khameeri roti.
Raita:
dahi raita with chopped onion and tomato can be served

Macaroni Salad

Macaroni Salad
Ingredients 
Macaroni             1 cup boiled
Carrot                   ½ cup
Green pees        ½ cup (muttor)
Capsicum             ¾ cup
Pineapple            ½ cup
Mayonnaise       as needed
Cream beated   as needed
Kishmish              ½ cup   
Apple                     ½ cup
Grapes                   ½ cup
Salt                        as needed
Black pepper         as needed
Procedure:
Mix mayo and cream in a bowl and then add salt +black pepper .Mix all above in this paste. Serve cold.



Thai Egg Salad

Thai Egg Salad
Ingredients 
Eggs                8 half boiled and cutted in small cubes
Carrot              1 jullian cut
Lemon juice     4 tbsp
Onion               1 jullian cut
Olive oil          1 tbsp
Mint leaves      2 tbsp (podinay k pattay)
Salt                   as needed

Mix them all and serve it cold and enjoy the fresh salad.

Russian Salad

Russian Salad

Ingredients
Potato                  1 cup boiled
Carrot                   ¼ cup
Green peas        ½ cup boiled
Chicken                ½ cup boiled cubed (optional)
Cream+mayo     as needed to mix in
Salt+black ppr as needed
Procedure:

Mix all above. Serve cold.

Kachomar Salad

Kachomar Salad
ingredients
Carrot                  1 cup
Cabbage              1 cup
Cucumber           1 cup
Tomato                                ½ cup
Onion                    ½ cup
Capsicum             ½ cup
Lemon juice       2 tbsp
Salt                         as needed
Black pepper      as needed
Mint leaves        2 tbsp
Procedure

Mix all above and cut all above in small pieces like kachomar.

Chinese Rice

Chinese Rice
Ingredients
Rice                     1 cup
Onion                   ½ small cube cutting
Green peas           ½ cup boiled
Cabbage               ¼ cup
Carrot                  1 small cube cutting
Capsicum             ½ small cube cutting (shimla mirch)
Oil                       as needed
Salt                      as needed
Black pepper      as needed (powdered)
Green chilies      3 Julian cutting
 Eggs                   2
Soya sauce          2 tbsp
Vinegar               1 tbsp
Procedure:
Firstly boil the rice .not fully cooked but halfly done (one kanni). And stain them. In a bawl take eggs and put some salt and yellow food color a pinch and mix it well and fry it like a plain roti. And then cut it in Julian cutting g and separate it.
Now take a pan and put some oil in it and stir fry all the vegetables and put them aside.
Now take a deep pan and pour all the rice in it and then put all the fried vegetables +salt +black pepper .Now mix it well and then add soya sauce and vinegar and green chilies+ egg slices and then put it on slow flame (dum)until the rice are fully cooked.   NOTE: Don’t fully fry all vegetables but just sotay them
