Thai Egg Salad

Thai Egg Salad
Ingredients 
Eggs                8 half boiled and cutted in small cubes
Carrot              1 jullian cut
Lemon juice     4 tbsp
Onion               1 jullian cut
Olive oil          1 tbsp
Mint leaves      2 tbsp (podinay k pattay)
Salt                   as needed

Mix them all and serve it cold and enjoy the fresh salad.
